Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our brand’s aesthetic, strong content creation skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc., ensuring alignment with the broader brand and marketing calendar.
• Develop content or assign tasks to content creators.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Engage with customers and followers to build brand loyalty and community.
• Establish and maintain relationships with social media influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor campaigns, analyse performance data, and generate reports covering organic and paid channels, suggesting improvements.
• Stay informed on social media trends and best practices, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront.
• Communicate effectively with management and content developers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends.
