  • Orders are sent via Australia Post’s postal service with a tracking number. This service is guaranteed delivery within 2-7 business days within Australia Post delivery network.

    All purchased items will be sent within 1-3 working days.If you have selected express post and require your order by a specific date email info@ziah.com.au and we will do our best to get it to you on time. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If your package, for any reason is not signed for, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of your order purchase date. Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

If you would like to return an item please send us an email at info@ziah.com.au with your full name, purchase date and the item information. In the email please indicate your reason for the return and if you require a refund or exchange. Once we receive your email we will help you to proceed with the return.

As soon as the item is received, we will either send you another item or refund your money back into your account. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.

We do not cover the return postage fees. You must include a prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back in. Be sure you have a tracking number when you return the item. We will only pay the return postage for items that are damaged or faulty.
