Shipping


All purchased items will be sent within 1-3 working days. If you have selected express post and require your order by a specific date email info@ziah.com.au and we will do our best to get it to you on time. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If your package, for any reason is not signed for, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection.


    Standard Shipping Rates


    Australia:

    • Free shipping on orders over $350 AUD.
    • Standard shipping: $10 AUD.
    • Express shipping: $15 AUD.
    • All options are via Australia Post. Delivery times are 2-7 business days within the Australia Post network.

    New Zealand:

    • Free shipping on orders over $350 AUD.
    • Express DHL International Shipping: $35 AUD.
    • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are 3-8 business days.

    Rest of the World:

    • Express DHL International Shipping: $50 AUD.
    • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are 3-8 business days.


    International Orders

    All international orders will be held for 24 hours before dispatch to allow time for any changes or updates. Once shipped, customers are liable for any applicable duties or taxes.

    Taxes and Duties

    We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis at checkout for most international orders, meaning duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, based on destination and product classification.

    Taxes and duties may appear as line items or be included in the total, depending on local regulations. We are unable to adjust or alter the declared value of any order.

    Please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations prior to purchase. If you refuse delivery due to duties or taxes, your order will be returned and refunded, less the shipping fee.

     


    Return

    We want you to love your Ziah purchase.

    If for any reason your full price purchase isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. 

    • Refunds or store credit are available within 14 days.
    • Store credit only is available after 14 days.
    • No returns or store credits will be accepted after 30 days, unless the item is faulty.

    For sanitary reasons, please try on Ziah swimwear pieces over your underwear, please do not remove the protective sticker. We do not accept swimwear returns of exchanges if the swimwear has been worn, or has marks, stains or pulls. 

    All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. 

    We have the following options available:

     

    Full Price Items

    Styles that are full price are eligible for return for refund or store credit within 14 days, or store credit only up to 30 days of receiving your order.
    You will receive a refund or store credit code for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
    If you paid via gift card, you will be refunded to the same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.

     

    Sale Items

    Includes End of Year Sale, End of Season Sale, Afterpay Sale, Black Friday Sale, Mother's Day Sale and Seasonal Offers.
    Sale items which have been reduced can not be refunded, unless in the event of the item being faulty.  
    There will be no price adjustments on any previous purchases.
    Ziah sale and archive sale is available exclusively at ziah.com.au
    Ziah reserves the right to change, revise or modify the terms and conditions of our returns and sale policy at any time.

     

    Return Process

    If you would like to return your order, please email us at info@ziah.com.au with your name and order number for return approval. In your message, please include your reason for return.

    We will respond with confirmation and provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

    Please note: We do not cover return postage fees. We recommend keeping your tracking information once your return is lodged at your local post office, in case it becomes lost in transit.

    FW25 One-Year Swimwear Guarantee

    Each swimwear piece in our FW25 collection includes a one-year quality guarantee. If your item shows a fabric fault within one year of purchase, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit if the item is no longer available.

    To request a replacement, contact us at info@ziah.com.au with your order number and supporting images.

    Faulty/Damaged Items or Incorrect Item Received

    We’re sincerely sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition or is incorrect. Please email us at info@ziah.com.au so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

    If you could kindly include photos of the issue or incorrect item, this would be most appreciated.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative style, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the return process for your original purchase. Please email us if you need further assistance.
